1. Do I need to have an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, there are some benefits to having an account with us:

- Easily view your order status and order history
- Receive updates on new releases and special offers
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
3. How secure is my online order?
When making an online purchase with your credit card, all your information is entered into an SSL-secure webpage. Your data is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers.
4. Are there any currency exchange rates?
All our transactions are based in U.S. Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
5. How do I enter my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based in English, all information you enter must use English input methods, including punctuation. If certain letters in your address contain non-English characters, we recommend using similar English letters instead. For example, you can change the letter "?" to "c."
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your vacation address, as we are unsure how long the customs department in the destination country will hold the package.
7. How long is shipping & how can I track my package?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option you selected. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
8. What do I do if I am missing items from my order?
